Changing Issues Tracking System User Account Profile
 

To change an Issues Tracking System  (ITS) user account profile for a product, you have to either log in as that user, or you have to be member of ITS administrators group, or at least one of user groups of your user account  profile must have right to manage users .

If you are changing your own user account profile and you are not member of ITS administrators group and none of the groups you belong into have right to manage users , then you are allowed to change only your personal information, such as your name, e-mail address or password, you are not allowed to change your user roles .

If at least one of the groups you belong into have right to manage users then you can manage all users account profiles properties except the ITS administrator group property.

If you are member of the ITS administrator group, then you can manage all properties of other ITS user accounts including the ITS administrator group property, and all properties of your own account excluding the ITS administrator group property.

If you want to change an user profile for different product / product category, you have to select different product / product category first and then change the user profile .
