Issue Organizer Features

Issue Tracking Systems, which are probably better known as Bug Tracking Systems, are useful for organizing and managing development and deployment of products and systems. They are used to communicate product experiences, issues, problems between product development team members, or between product development/deployment team and product end users (customers). They are also used as a knowledge base to monitor product deployment readiness, to prioritize work on product development, to assign responsibility for solving the issues to development team members.

Issue Tracking Systems are essential for software development and deployment. However, they can be used with great benefit in other areas, such as building or apartment complex management, hospital management, store management, insurance claim management, development and deployment of such products as cars, computer hardware or drugs.

Solid Graphics Issue Organizer is web based Issue Tracking System software with following features:

This licensing scheme is different from most other Issue Tracking Systems, where you need separate license for each user or product.

  • An user might have different roles for each product.
  • Product settings allow to make some product available just for product developers, while other product can be available for customers (end-users) also.
